This is one of our largest turnouts to date and our first beach camping
outing in several years.

To ensure that no one gets hurt on this outing, We will observe the 9
points of "Safe Swim Defense"

1.  Qualified Supervision  (24 Adults attending)

Tommy Thomson, Will Daily, Richard Denne..thanks for confirming that you
have completed the online training for:   Safe Swim Defense and Safety
Afloat.
Please plan on sharing this important info with the other adults who will
be attending who were not able to complete the online training.

2.  Physical Fittness.

3, Swimming Ability All new scouts will be required to complete a "swim
test" prior to swimming in the ocean
     Parents of first year scouts and any scout who has not earned the
swimming merit badge,
    Please reply to this note confirming that your son's swimming ability
as

      stong swimmer
      intermediate swimmer
      weak swimmer
      non swimmer

4. PFD will be worn while in the kayaks.  Scouts..please bring one if you
have one at home
