[Troopwide] Sea Base 2009

 I will need to know final confirmations by March 31, at the next Monday
Scout meeting so I can arrange our deposit deadline as well as a
possible 4th crew.  The cost will be $5400 per crew which is $675 for 8
in a crew and $900 with 6 in a crew plus traavel cost of RT airfare. The
$100 deposit must be in by 3/31 and is nonrefundable but posibly
transferable within the troop. We can have additional sign up at the
next meeting with payment of deposit at that time,
 
The date of the trip is July 22 Arrival date to July 28 Departure date
plus travel time.  It is the Coral Reef Sailing Trip.
 
There are a couple of requirements:
 
1)Must be age 14 by September 1 2009 NO EXCEPTIONS
2)Must pass BSA swim Test
3)Must meet Sea Base Health Requirements with controlled Asthma,
controlled diabetes, less than 300 pounds.(No Exceptions).  Must be able
to climb ladders and get in and out of boats. The official Sea Base
Health Form must be completed  
 
Half Payment is due before October 1, 2008 and full payment 90 days
before the trip.
