[Troopwide] FW: Troop 204: Spring Break Campout at Pedernales Falls - OUTSTANDING MEDICAL FORMS

For the Pedernales Falls trip over Spring Break, all but one of the
following scouts have Class 1 Forms on file. Since this trip is in
excess of 72 hours, all scouts need to have a minimum of a Class 2
Medical completed by a doctor or nurse practitioner.

 

If you did not pick up the Class 2 Forms when you registered or at this
Monday's meeting, they can be downloaded from the BSA website.

Medical)
