[Troopwide] Sea Base cancelled

It is with great regret that I am writing this note,
but unfortunately the 2008 Sea Base high adventure
trip is cancelled.

The troop was unable to meet Sea Base's deposit
schedule and they gave our spots to another request.

The good news is: there is no money lost.  Those that
have submitted checks can contact Ken Sturges to
determine how you want your refund allocated.

Also suddenly, there is an open spot in the calendar
for an additional high adventure trip.  Scouts can
present their ideas at the next PLC meeting.
