Kathy DeFazio has agreed to be our adult coordinator for Sea Base.

There are some strict physical requirements to met for the trip.  For
example: 300lb max. body weight, controlled asthma without the use of
nebulizers...  I am sure that they have their own medical form to be
completed as well, these will be handed out at the parent meeting.

Prior to making payment it may be a good idea to review the eligibility
requirements published by SeaBase.  I have included a link to the Forms:
