[Troopwide] Merit Badge opportunity: Bechtel Engineering Day

There is another opportunity for merit badges, it is the same day as Sam
Houston event.  The Bechtel event fill very fast (a few hours).  If
anyone is interested I need to know today, to get them registered first
thing tomorrow.  List name, email, and merit badge preferences.
