[Troopwide] YLT Saturday March 1st

OK boys, I tried, but I was not able to arrange for an overnight for
this event.  Luckily, I was able to get the next best thing, early
morning.  

March 1st, Saturday
Location: Falconwing park pavilion
Time: 7am to 1pm

All scouts holding leadership positions are required to attend, even if
you have been in the past.  Scouts who have been to NYLT will instruct.
Austin will plan this event.  

Lunch will be provided, and if you are lucky maybe donuts.  (We may
finish earlier)
