[Troopwide] Troop Elections Monday

It is that time of year for troop elections.  All scouts that need
leadership or just would like to have a say in the activities of the
troop will need to come.

All positions will be open except for SPL, Austin has served only 6
months of the typical 1 year term.

In addition there will be a youth leadership training session coming up,
time and place TBD.
