[Troopwide] Available Boy Scout on line training

There a few general courses that I recommend adult leaders take, these
do not take too long and depending on the trip we take could be required
for at least 2 adults who are in attendance.

Youth Protection Training
Safe Swim Defense
Safety Afloat
Weather Hazards
