[Troopwide] Troop 204 Garage Sale/ Equipment Swap

In an effort to help younger scouts, soften the blow
of having to acquire lots of equipment, and at the
same time help out the older scouts who may have out
grown their existing equipment; The troop is offering
an chance to help each other out.

I would guess that trading would also be acceptable.
