[Troopwide] Camporee notes

Troop 204 will be running the lashing station for the older scout's
competition.

I will need a couple of adults to volunteer to set this up and run it
for about 4 hours on Sat.  Expect 30 minute time slots with 4 patrols of
4 to 6 scouts over the age of 14 attending at the same time.  Make up
some kind of race that involves lashings.
