[Troopwide] Older scouts competition

The older scouts will be competing in a GPS course on
Saturday.

If some of the older scouts can bring a GPS with them
it will help, since the camp has only so many
available for the scout's use.

We may have 3 to 4 patrols of older scouts.  So we
need 3 or 4 GPSs
