Could you forward this message to the Troop?

 

We have filled the 3 Sea Base crews for July 22-28, 2009.  There is a
possibility that I can reserve a separate group for July 31-August 6th,
but I need to have confirmations of those scouts and adults who are
interested in going ASAP as this is the last date that is still open
that will work for the CISD school year. I may have up to 16 slots (4
adults and 12 scouts) for this Coral Reef Sailing Adventure. I need a
minimum of 12 (4 adults and 8 scouts)

Coral Reef Adventure.

 

Requirements:

 

!) Must pass BSA swim test

2) Must be age 14 by September 1, 2009-NO EXCEPTIONS

3) Must complete SEA BASE specific physical. Must have controlled
Asthma, diabetes.  No electrical outlets to run CPAP or nebulizers.

4) Must weigh under 300#- No Exceptions

 

Cost of trip estimated $675 to $900.00 plus Airfare.  Expect about
$1,200 per person.  Payment of non-refundable, but troop transferable
$100 deposit due with sign up.  Half payment due before October 1, 2008
and final payment 90 days before trip,

 

 

Please Note that Troop 204 DID NOT get a 2009 PHILMONT Slot.
