[Troopwide] Council Philmont Contingent 2009

I have had a couple of inquiries of scouts wishing to attend Philmont in
2009.  If we can get a significant list of participants by Thursday AM,
then the troop will submit a request for one of the 16 crews on the
council treks.

This is the link your Troops, Teams and Crews need to download the form
to participate in the 2009 Council Contingent to Philmont. The deadline
to register for the drawing is Thursday, April 3 at 4:30 PM. The form
they need to send in can be faxed to 713-865-9125, emailed to
camping at shac.org, delivered in person or mailed in. Please make sure
that your units interested in an opportunity for a Trek to Philmont,
fill out the necessary paperwork and send in ASAP. Again, the deadline
is April 3, 4:30 PM.
