[Troopwide] Back up Email list to be created

It appears that "Troopwide" distribution list is up and working again.
Of course I am not completely sold on maintaining it, but I can be
convinced.

JUST IN CASE something goes wrong again, I will try to create a backup
distribution list.  So, if you have not been receiving emails from the
troop in the last 6 months (I put a list together, and have been using
it, but I am pretty sure that I missed a few folks) please reply to this
email so that I can add you to the "backup" list.

In addition, we are developing a Yahoo "group", and in the near future
you will be asked to join (as soon as I can add some content.)  This
group will also allow for mass email distribution, and have a calendar
as well as other features.  Unfortunately, Yahoo only allows a few users
to be added per day.
